TUI Group is the last major UK holiday provider still selling tickets to dolphin entertainment venues. Despite years of public outcry, they continue to prioritise profit over the welfare of these intelligent, sensitive animals. Together, we can show TUI that cruelty doesn’t sell.
Why Boycott TUI?
For over two years, we’ve called on TUI to end their involvement in dolphin exploitation. Marine scientists, NGOs, animal welfare advocates and even people within the travel industry have scalled out this cruelty, but TUI refuses to change. They continue to sell tickets to 25 dolphin venues, where around 400 dolphins are confined to tanks 200,000 times smaller than their natural ocean habitats.
These dolphins endure lives of pure misery:
- Forced to perform tricks for tourists in exchange for dead, frozen fish.
- Trapped in barren tanks that cannot meet their physical or emotional needs.
- Subjected to constant noise, stress, and human interaction.
This is not the life dolphins were meant to live. TUI must stop profiting from their suffering.
